This was a collaborative experiment in bladder formed concrete and studies of the body as a form. It was originally just intended to be created once but has been recreated several times and has homes all across the upper mid-west! The bladder is a dimpled membrane typically used for foundation waterproofing. A rebar frame inside the concrete provides additional structure to help the chair last a long time.
