This project is small but packed with aspirations. Located in the backyard of an already small lot, this building will max out the allowable density while creating another home on top of a garage. The ADU is being designed as a (soon to be built) prototype for small scale development and densification in the Front Range. It is being designed to meet Passive House requirements and deploys WELL building strategies and material requirements. Check back on progress! We hope this can serve as the v1.0 version of many to come.
