This project was designed from 2016-2017 but built a few years later by W.PA. The project is located in NE Portland Oregon along a small commercial node known for its food scene. The building was seeking to provide hyper functional units in a playful form. Using knowledge of wood construction paired with a strong understanding of the zoning code, a unique project was proposed.
