Warren Village III is a small campus with two buildings in South West Denver. It is in the Athmar Park Neighborhood of Denver bridging the gap between Alameda Ave, busy thoroughfare a mid century single family neighborhood. The buildings house 89 single parent households that are transitioning out of homelessness into permanent supportive housing.

The buildings also house supportive services offices, an early learning center (daycare) and a kids club to support the successful of the residents. The buildings were designed to carefully transition in scale from the busy street to its interface with the residential neighborhood. The entire property was designed with Trauma Informed Design principles and with a sensitivity to the livability of the future residents. The playground was designed with learning and exploration in mind and used natural materials and equipment whenever possible to support the development of curiosity and development of the younger residents.
