Alberta Street Lofts

Alberta Street Lofts is a very small but savvy project in Portland Oregon that reuses a single family lot to house small units of housing serving the local community college, business district and employment hub. Located minutes from the MAX train station and bus stops, the project has easy access to many other areas of the city and surrounding region.

This project was completed at Minarik Architecture

Fourteen one bedroom and studio apartments were laid out to provide as much access to natural light/air while also being laid out to provide a sense of identiy and community.
