Killingsworth Apartments

Originally designed to accommodate Concordia University Students, this apartment building was designed to fill a housing need for college students or recent graduates who were looking for an efficient affordable place to live. The building was designed to connect to the adjacent building to create more of a 'campus' type of feel which had been completed a year prior to starting this building. The design utilized standard framing to create dynamic forms to create a sense of identity alongside keeping costs low.
